Thanks. Your payment went through and your 48-hour clock has started. Stripe has emailed you a receipt.
We start researching your town’s rules and your lot right away. Your written go / no-go report arrives by email within 48 hours of payment. Order on a Friday and it lands early the next week.
Check that we have your lot details
If you filled in the lot form before paying, you are done. If you went straight to payment, reply to your Stripe receipt or email info@gardensuiteontario.com with the property address and anything you know about it.
Send your survey or site plan if you have one
A survey, an old site plan, even a phone photo of the one in your closing papers. Email it to info@gardensuiteontario.com. It saves a day of digging and makes the setbacks exact.
